These days Nepali style sesame chutney is becoming quite viral. Sesame chutney is a healthy chutney. Sesame contains many nutrients including calcium, iron and antioxidants which boost immunity. Sesame chutney is very beneficial for health. Let us know the simple and correct way to make this chutney. 

 

Material 

For making sesame chutney, take 250 grams of tomatoes,

20 to 25 garlic cloves, peeled. 

1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, 

1 teaspoon tamarind,

7 to 8 whole red chillies,

1/4 teaspoon turmeric,

1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 

salt according to taste. 

 

Method

To make sesame chutney, first place a pan on gas and fry the sesame seeds on low flame. 

Step 01 

When the sesame seeds turn golden, take them out in a plate and keep them aside till they cool down. 

Step 02 

Now cut green chillies and ginger into small pieces. 

 

Step 03 

Now grind green chillies, ginger, salt, sesame seeds and sugar in a mixer. You can add some water to make the paste thick. 

Step 04 

Now heat oil in a pan. Add the paste in the oil and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Your Nepali style chutney is ready.
