If your hair becomes broom-like in monsoon, then use these homemade shampoos

It is common for hair to become dry and lifeless during monsoon. Due to humidity in this season, hair becomes as dry as a broom. If you are also facing this problem, then we have brought some natural remedies for you, using which you can also make your hair shiny, soft and healthy.

As soon as monsoon arrives, due to moisture and humidity, sweat, dirt and stickiness in the scalp increases, due to which the hair starts getting tangled, broken and dry. In this season, the hair of many people becomes so lifeless that it starts looking like a broom. No shine, no silky touch and no smoothness. On top of that, shampoos and hair products full of expensive chemicals worsen the condition of the hair. In such a situation, there is a need for some natural, effective and side effect free remedies, which nourish the hair deeply and keep the scalp healthy.

If you use homemade herbal and Ayurvedic shampoo instead of the shampoo available in the market, not only the quality of hair improves, but problems like hair fall, frizziness and dandruff also reduce to a great extent. So let's know how you can make a natural shampoo for yourself with some simple and household things, which can give life, shine and strength to your hair again during the monsoon season.

1. Reetha-Shikakai and Amla Shampoo

Reetha contains natural soap (saponin) which deeply cleanses the scalp. Shikakai prevents hair fall and Amla nourishes the hair. In such a situation, you can prepare shampoo from these things. For this you need 5 Reetha, 5 Shikakai and 5 Amla. Soak them in water overnight. Boil them the next morning and mash them well and filter. This liquid is your natural shampoo. Apply it on wet hair, massage for 5 minutes and wash it. This will help in giving shine, strength to the hair and in the problem of hair fall.

2. Aloe vera and neem shampoo

Aloe vera maintains moisture in the hair and neem removes scalp itching and dandruff. It is also effective in improving hair health. Take 3 teaspoons of aloe vera gel (fresh is better). Boil 8-10 neem leaves and add their paste to it. If you want, you can also add a few drops of tea tree oil. Apply this paste on the roots of the hair and leave it for 10 minutes, then wash it with plain water. By using this, the hair will become soft and dandruff free.

3. Fenugreek and Curry Leaf Shampoo

Fenugreek reduces hair fall and curry leaves help prevent gray hair. This shampoo is also very beneficial for hair. Soak 2 teaspoons of fenugreek and 10-15 curry leaves overnight. Grind them the next morning and make a paste. Prepare a thick shampoo by adding a little water. Apply it from the roots to the ends of the hair and wash it after 10 minutes. By applying this, the hair will look thick, strong and healthy.
