A woman living in Begu Sarai has filed a case of rape and brutality against her station master husband. She alleged that her husband tied her hands and feet in her sick condition and tortured her. Police have registered a case under relevant sections.

A shocking incident has happened in Begusarai, Bihar. A woman living here has filed a case against her own husband accusing him of rape and brutality. It is alleged that when she fell ill, the accused husband tied her hands and legs and kept raping her until she fainted. On the complaint of the victim woman, the police have registered a case against her husband and started investigating the matter.

According to the police, this woman was married last year to Krishna Kumar Das, son of Bhola Das, who lives in Ward-21 of Bihat Nagar Parishad. In her complaint to the police, the victim said that her husband is a station master and is currently posted in Karnataka. According to the victim, when she reached her in-laws' house after marriage last year, her mother-in-law harassed her a lot for dowry.

Accused of rape in a state of illness

After this, her husband took her to Karnataka. There, she fell ill due to sudden change of water. Despite this, her husband did not get her treated, but raped her in the same condition. Many times he even tied her hands and legs and raped her till she fainted. Due to this, her condition kept deteriorating day by day.

Dowry harassment case registered

According to the victim, she got fed up and informed her parents about the matter. After this, her father brought her to her maternal home. After coming here, her in-laws put her phone on the blacklist. At the same time, her husband abuses her by sending messages every day. Since the victim got married on 28 April 2024. Therefore, the police have registered a case against the accused husband under the sections of harassment for dowry.
