The government runs several schemes for farmers in Maharashtra. The PM Kisan Yojana is the most popular of these. Important and good news has emerged for the beneficiaries of this scheme. A recent central government meeting decided to extend this scheme until 2031. Following this decision, farmers are now focused on when they will receive their next installment. A major update has emerged regarding this matter.

When will the 24th installment of PM Kisan Yojana be received?

Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, every farmer is given Rs 6,000 annually. This amount is disbursed in stages. This means that Rs 2,000 is transferred to a farmer's account in three installments. The last installment of this scheme was disbursed on June 20th. The next installment is expected in October or November.

Looking at previous installments
, the 21st installment was sent to farmers' accounts on November 20, 2025. Prior to that, the 16th installment was sent on October 5, 2024. Therefore, this year, too, money may be sent to farmers' accounts after October 5.

Meanwhile, under the PM Kisan Yojana, more than ₹4.47 lakh crore was transferred to farmers' accounts with the 23rd installment. More than ₹18,984 crore was disbursed to more than 9.49 crore farmers under the 24th installment. More than ₹1.71 lakh crore was disbursed to farmers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Women farmers have received more than ₹1.06 lakh crore under this scheme, and one in every four beneficiaries is a woman farmer.
