Android Contextual Suggestions: The phone will work according to the user's habits

Android Contextual Suggestions: If you use an Android phone , it will now adapt to your habits. This means that Android apps will monitor your habits and, over time, will begin to function exactly as you do. To achieve this, Google is rolling out a new feature called Contextual Suggestions. It's currently being rolled out for Android devices and will remain enabled by default. Let's explore why this feature will track your habits and what will be done with it.

How will the Contextual Suggestions feature work?

Google said that this feature will access the user's daily activity and location through apps. After this, it will guess what your next step might be and will show suggestions accordingly. In simple words, this feature will see what you do on the phone. Then it will give you suggestions according to your habits. Giving an example of this, Google said that if you are in the gym, then it can suggest your favorite playlist. Similarly, if you watch sports on the weekend, it will suggest casting the phone with the TV. The company has clarified that the data used to show suggestions will not be shared with the app or Google.

Can this be disabled?

If you don't want to use this feature, it can be disabled. Google has provided options to turn it off completely, disable the location part, and even delete the stored data. To do this, go to Settings and tap your username. Then, tap All Settings and go to Other. You'll see this feature here. You can adjust it to your liking.

Feature available for these users

This feature is being rolled out through Google Play Services. Currently, it 's available for the Google Pixel 10 series . It hasn't yet been rolled out to older Pixel phones or other devices. It's expected to be rolled out to other users in the next few days. However, the company hasn't provided any information on its timeline.
