Later, when both of them decided to be together, the world did not like it and it became their enemy.

A trainee nurse at Churu's Government Bhartiya Hospital fell in love with her patient. Both of them left home and got married for love. But due to their inter-caste relationship, they are now receiving death threats. After leaving home, both of them kept travelling in buses and trains for more than a month. They also had to spend time at railway stations. Finally, they reached the SP office with a plea for protection and told about their suffering.

The 21 year old nurse Mitesh Kumari Meghwal, who fell in love with the patient , met two years ago and is a resident of Narsinghpura Chalkoi in Churu. She told that she is currently pursuing BA. Her father runs a tea shop. 2 years ago, when she was doing the ANM course, she used to work as a trainee nurse in Churu's Government Bhartiya Hospital.
