- Sesame seed oil – 1-2 tbsp
- Cloves- 2
- Cinnamon stick – 1
- Black pepper – 4

Method of making oil
- Put cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, fenugreek and celery in a jar.
- Then, add sesame oil into it and heat it on low flame.
- Store this oil in a jar.
- Massage your knees and joints with warm oil daily.
