What to do if someone becomes unconscious due to extreme heat ?
If someone faints due to extreme heat, first of all take the person to a shaded or cool place . If you are inside the house, open the closed fan and window . Apart from this , make the person lie down comfortably and raise his legs a little so that blood can reach the brain . Along with this, if the person is wearing tight clothes , loosen the clothes . Like open the buttons of the shirt, loosen the belt, wrap cold water or ice and place it on the forehead, neck and wrist .
When the person regains consciousness, slowly give him cold water or a salt-sugar solution, but do not give any hot or caffeinated drink. Apart from this, check whether the heartbeat and breathing are normal or not and if something seems wrong, call an ambulance. If the person does not regain consciousness even after 1-2 minutes, take him to the hospital immediately .
