A shocking case has come to light in Guna district of Madhya Pradesh. Here a mother was calling the death of her only son a suicide, while the post-mortem report of the son was confirming that he was murdered. According to the police, 15-year-old Abhyudaya Jain died due to strangulation. That is, Abhyudaya was strangled to death. In the case of this child's death on 14 February i.e. Valentine's Day, the police had earlier registered a case against unknown accused, but as the scope of the police investigation increased, after investigating many angles, the mother of the deceased child was made the accused on the basis of evidence found by the police.

Actually, this murder mystery is from Chaudharan Colony of Guna district. On 14 February, the body of 15-year-old Abhyudaya Jain, a class 8 student, was found lying in the bathroom. In a police statement, Abhyudaya's mother Alka had said that when she came home after playing badminton at 7 pm, the door was locked from inside. When the doorbell did not open, the keys were asked from the landlord and when they went inside, they found their son lying in the bathroom in a distraught state.

Post mortem report confirms murder

After this he was taken to the district hospital. The doctors declared Abhyudaya dead. There were marks on Abhyudaya's neck at that time and his dupatta was also tied tightly. The mother was repeatedly calling it a suicide, but when the children's post-mortem was done by a panel of three doctors, everything became crystal clear. The child Abhyudaya had died due to strangulation and suffocation. This made it clear that Abhyudaya Jain was murdered.

Based on the statement of mother Alka, Kotwali police station had registered a case against unknown persons, but when the post-mortem report later confirmed the murder of Abhyudaya, Kotwali police station and forensic team expanded the scope of their investigation and closely inspected the crime scene and found that suicide could not be committed from the place where bathroom towels were hung.

The police investigation revealed the truth

The maid of the house left the house at 2:30 pm after feeding the mother and son at 1:30 pm that day. In such a situation, the PM report of the child mentions that he had eaten food about an hour before his death, while the police also found contradictions in the statements given by the mother Alka. After this, investigation was done from many different angles, in which the landlord, the maid working in the house and the neighbors were also questioned. Along with this, the CCTV cameras installed around the house were also searched.

Told a story to confuse the police

After this, it became clear to the police that Abhyudaya Jain's mother Alka was telling a story to confuse the police by calling her son's murder a suicide. In her statement to the police, Alka told that her son Abhyudaya used to rebuke her on every small thing. He would sometimes say that don't wear such clothes, don't wear these clothes, don't wear such a bindi, he had even written this in a notebook, which annoyed her a lot.

There was a dispute between mother and son

On the day of the incident, the son died in an accident after an argument. On that day, after returning from school, there was a minor quarrel between the mother and son and pushing his mother, Abhyudaya ran away with the intention of locking himself in the washroom. In an attempt to stop the son, mother Alka Jain ran after him and got hold of the silver chain around Abhyudaya's neck. The chain was so strong that unfortunately he died after the chain was pulled. At present, the police have sent the accused mother Alka to jail and if needed, can also take a demand from the court for questioning the accused mother.

Gave birth to a son through IVF technology

According to the information, Abhiyudaya Jain was born through IVF technology after 7 years of marriage. Mother Alka Jain, who was arrested on the charge of murdering her son, prayed for her son from door to door and when her son was born, she invited the whole city to a function. Alka's husband Anupam Jain works as an auditor in a bank and lives in a rented house in Guna. Recently, he was transferred to Bhopal and was in the process of getting his son admitted and on the day of the incident, he was out of Guna city for bank work. However, now husband Anupam Jain has filed an application in the court to release his wife Alka Jain who is in jail for murdering her son.
