For example, a 2015 study linked greater pleasure in eating with higher nutritional status. Some studies emphasize the importance of enjoying a healthy diet to promote a nutritious, balanced diet.
Santosham Param Sukham
There is a great Sanskrit saying - Santosham Param Sukham. In the context of food, when we eat what makes us happy, our level of satisfaction increases. The quality of our diet improves and we are less likely to overeat.
