From political corridors to the general public, questions are raised on the court and judges regarding the decisions of some case or the other every day. But there was a stir in Delhi's Dwarka Court when a person angry with the decision threatened to kill the judge inside the court itself.

“What are you, meet me outside”: According to the information received, judicial magistrate Shivangi Mangala held the accused guilty while hearing a case of cheque bounce today. The accused got furious on hearing the judge's decision and threatened the judge inside the court itself saying, “What are you? Meet me outside… I will see how you go home alive.”

Not only this, the accused tried to throw something at the judge and incited his lawyer to get him acquitted at any cost. According to the court order, the convict and his lawyer constantly tried to intimidate the judge. They harassed her mentally, pressured her to resign and even said that if she does not acquit him, a complaint will be filed against her.

Justice Mangala wrote in her order, "I will stand firm in favor of justice despite all threats and pressures. A complaint will be filed against the accused in the Delhi Women's Commission." At the same time, the court has issued a show cause notice to the accused's lawyer and asked why no criminal contempt proceedings should be initiated against him? He has been directed to give a written reply at the next hearing.
