Varanasi News Ganga Vilas Cruise left Kolkata on 22 December to understand the culture of the river bank. It will reach Ghazipur on January 6 and Varanasi on January 7. From here it will leave for Dibrugarh on January 13.
Varanasi: Varanasi News- On January 13, another episode will be added to Kashi, which is emerging in a new form on the world stage in the field of tourism. Ganga Vilas Cruise will start the world's longest river cruise journey from Ravidas Ghat. This journey of about 3200 km to Dibrugarh in Assam will be completed in 48 days. During this, it will pass through 50 tourist places. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can start the yatra by showing the green flag. This will be a special attraction for foreign tourists coming to India.
Nodal Officer (Regional Tourism Officer) Kirtiman Srivastava said that under the inspiration of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister, this biggest river cruise will further enrich Varanasi tourism. Following the guidelines of the Principal Secretary, Tourism, 32 tourists coming from Switzerland will be welcomed and given Kashi Darshan. Better preparations are being made at every level to make the cruise journey memorable. Apart from giving new expansion to tourism, this trip will provide an opportunity to know and understand the way of life on the banks of the river.
