Train fare gives a discount to cancer patients and an attendant going with them:-
100 % discount on sleeper and AC-3 tier
50 percent discount on the first AC and AC-2 tier
75 percent discount on first AC car, first class, and second class
At the same time, the attendant gets a discount of 75 percent on sleeper and AC-3.

Patients and attendants going for heart surgery get train fares which are going for operation or dialysis:-
75 % discount in second class, sleeper class, first class, AC-3 tier, and AC chair car
50 percent discount on first and AC-2 tier
The attendant also gets all these facilities

TB patients and an attendant with them exemption in railway ticket:-
75 percent discount on the second, sleeper, and first class
Also, the attendant gets all these discounts

These patients are also exempted from railway fares:-
Anemia patients discount in the sleeper, AC chair car, AC-3 tier, and AC-2 tier
75 % discount in second, sleeper, and first class to leprosy patients with non-infection

Hemophilia patients are going for treatment or checkups and attendant with them, then both of them are second, sleeper, first, AC-3 tier and AC chair car 75 % discount
Thalassemia patients and attendants traveling with them get discounts on railway fares. Apart from this, the AIDS patient going for a checkup or treatment gets a 50 percent discount in second class.
