Today and tomorrow i.e. 9th and 10th September 2023 are going to be very special from India's point of view. This is because this is the first time that India is hosting a major G-20 conference. Preparations for this are complete. This G-20 summit will be held at the Bharat Mandapam Convention Center in Pragati Maidan, located in the country's capital. For this, Delhi has been decorated like a bride. At the same time, there will be some restrictions in Delhi during this period. These include changes in traffic, some metro stations closed or their gates closed, offices-schools closed, etc. Similarly, during this conference, rail passengers traveling to and from Delhi may face inconvenience, as many trains are likely to be affected. Actually, due to the G-20 summit, about 208 passenger and 129 mail express trains have been affected. Whereas, 40 trains have been cancelled. Indian Railways has advised passengers to get information about the train before going to the station. Mathura-Ghaziabad EMU special train will be run via Hazrat Nizamuddin-Sahibabad on Saturday due to G-20 conference
Hazrat Nizamuddin-Ghaziabad Express Special will also travel via Hazrat Nizamuddin-Sahibabad on Sunday.
Which trains are not affected?
Now let us talk about those trains that have not been affected due to the G-20 conference, that is, neither their routes have changed nor they have been canceled. According to the information received from the Railways, long-distance trains have not been affected due to G-20.
