Regarding the donor countries, 'The Charities Aid Foundation' has released a list of the countries associated with the largest number of donors in the world. In this list, it has also been told that the people of which countries are most ready to help other people. 145 countries have been included in this list. India ranks 106th on the list. * Myanmar :
Myanmar tops the list. 92 percent of Myanmar's population is at the forefront of helping the poor, and 55 percent happily make time for social work. Whereas according to the World Bank, Myanmar is a lower-middle-class income country.
* America :
America is second on the list of donor countries. However, last year America was number one on this list. According to the Charities Aid Foundation, 76 percent of Americans take the lead in helping others. In the US, Microsoft founder Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, owner of Worcester Hathaway, also donate generously.
* New Zealand :
In New Zealand, the tendency to donate money is 73 percent, and about 65 percent of people help strangers. On the other hand, 45 percent of people tend to voluntarily engage in social work.
* Canada :
Canada is also among the top 10 donors among industrialized countries. 69 percent of people here are ready to help strangers, 44 percent donate money and 44 percent do social work.
* Australia :
Due to Australia's strict immigration laws, this country is often seen as a rich country that does not want to share its wealth with others. But CAF's rankings show that 66 percent are willing to help strangers, 72 percent to donate to a social cause, and 40 percent to offer a free service.
