Chandrika Devi Temple is also known as MahiSagarTirtha. This temple is situated on the banks of river Gomti. The most special thing about this temple is that it is found in religious books like SkandaPurana and KurmaPurana. The history of the temple is said to be 300 years ago.

Although this temple is dedicated to Goddess Durga, people also throng to see Bhole Baba. Apart from this, the idol of the temple has three heads and is carved from a single rock.
