How to reach Tarkarli

There is no railway station in Tarkarli but its surrounding areas are served by Kudal Railway Station which is at a distance of 32 km from Tarkarli. Apart from this, Sawantwadi Railway Station is at a distance of 39 km and Kankavli Railway Station is at a distance of 52 km. You will get buses, autos and cabs from here to reach Tarkarli beach. You can also come to this beach via scooty. You will get it on scooter rent for 300 to 400 rupees.

How to reach by train

There is no railway station in Tarkarli. The nearest railway station to Tarkarli is Kudal, Sawantwadi Railway and Kankavli Railway station which are 32 km, 39 km and 52 km from Tarkarli beach. Regular buses, taxis and cabs will run from these railway stations to Tarkarli beach. You can choose your convenient mode of transport.

How to reach by flight

The nearest airport from here is Dabolim, Goa, which is just 132 kilometres away. Flights are available from this airport to Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bangalore and other big cities. But after landing here you will have to take a cab or private vehicle.
