Features of Glass Bridge
- This bridge to be built at Birthi in Munsiyari tehsil, famous as Himnagari, will be unique.
- The height of the bridge will be 23 feet.
- This bridge will be triangular and will have steel angles and 25 mm thick toughened glass.
- About 57 meters long, this bridge will stand on three pillars and an open shed will be built on top.
- Even if the boulder falls, the glasses of the bridge will not break.
- Tourists coming to see Birthi Fall will stand on the bridge and watch the waterfall while walking on the transparent glass.
- Ankit Kumar, Junior Engineer, Rural Works Department said that the construction of the bridge has been started.
- It will be completed by December 2023.
