Tiffin Box Recipe: When it comes to making something quick and healthy for tiffin, bread fry is a great option. It is tasty and nutritious, which is liked by everyone from children to adults. Let's know the easy way to make it and its benefits:-

- Material
Bread slices – 4
Mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, peas, onion) – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – a handful (chopped)
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Butter (optional) – according to taste
– Method of making
– Prepare the vegetables
First, heat some oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the aroma comes out. Then add chopped vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes till they become soft.
– Add spices
Now add green chillies, salt, black pepper powder, and red chilli powder to it. Mix the vegetables well so that the spices get applied on everything well.
– Prepare the Bread
Lightly toast the bread slices so that they become slightly crispy.
– Make the filling
Spread the prepared vegetable mixture on a bread slice and add chopped coriander on top.
