'This is the reason behind what happened in Pahalgam...', a small boy threatened Sonu Nigam standing on the stage, video went viral

Singers often get such an audience during live performances due to which they sometimes lose their temper. Something similar happened recently with Bollywood's famous singer Sonu Nigam. When the singer was performing in Bangalore, a child threatened him due to which the singer's anger reached the seventh sky.

In the recent past, many singers have had some incidents while performing on stage which have hurt them a lot. While the audience got angry with Neha Kakkar and scolded her during her live performance in Melbourne, Udit Narayan's viral kissing video shocked everyone.
After all this, recently Sonu Nigam also stood on the stage and shared an incident which divided the social media fans into two parts. Recently a video of the singer has surfaced, where he is talking about the incident where a small boy threatened him for not singing a Kannada song. Sonu Nigam looked very angry about this whole incident and he linked such actions to the Pahalgam attack.
Video of Sonu Nigam scolding a student goes viral
Sonu Nigam recently came on stage for a live performance at East Point College in Bengaluru. During this, he scolded a boy standing in the audience, the video of which is rapidly going viral on the internet. This video has been shared by an Instagram page named Namma Bengaluru. In the video, Sonu is saying,
"I have sung songs in all languages in my life, but the best songs I have sung are in Kannada. Whenever I come amongst you, I come with a lot of love. We do shows every day, but when there is a show in Karnataka, we come with a lot of respect because you people have considered us as your family. I did not like that there a boy whose age is about... which is not his age, I have been singing Kannada songs before him. He is here threatening me in a conservative manner, Kannada-Kannada, this is the reason for what happened in Pahalgam. What you are doing here right now, has happened because of this, see who is standing in front of you".
I respect the people of Karnataka a lot- Sonu Nigam
Sonu Nigam further said, "Whether I go to Australia or any other part of India, I hear the voice of the audience saying 'Kannada'. Even if I sing one line in Kannada in my shows, I definitely sing because I respect you all a lot. So you should also respect me a little and not do this".
Many fans also agreed with Sonu Nigam's statement. One user wrote, "He has sung many beautiful Kannada songs when his fans requested. Do not spread hatred on the language here". Another user wrote, "I understand that local languages have their own beauty, but sometimes people go a bit too far". Another user wrote, "I will take Sonu's fault in this, I think he has sung some Kannada songs. There would have been nothing wrong if he had performed on Kannada songs".
