strange but true! Sonam Kapoor had come to Kapil Sharma's show for the promotion of her film The Zoya Factor, during which she revealed that she ate 40 samosas at a time. Sonam, famous for her zero-figure, said that there was a time when she was fat and used to eat a lot of junk food. When she was young, she ate about 40 small samosas.

86 kg Sonam had lost 35 kg weight

by eating 40 samosas. Of course, this incident of Sonam Kapoor's teenage is true but today the actress takes full care of her fitness. Sonam also goes to the gym a lot. Sonam once weighed 86 kg but before debuting with the film Saawariya, she lost 35 kg and went from fat to fit. The actress worked hard to lose weight. She used to go to the gym daily and also followed a strict diet. She is still following this routine.

How is Sonam Kapoor so fit even at the age of 40?

Sonam Kapoor is very fit even at the age of 40 and the actress shared a video and also told her diet plan for the day.

  • Sonam starts her day with a cup of lemonade. This morning routine helps her in digestion and also provides her with vitamin C.
  • After this, the actress drinks collagen-infused coffee, which is made with oat milk and a little chocolate. Collagen supplements are good for skin health and help reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • She also eats nuts like almonds and Brazil nuts soaked in water.
  • Sonam likes a nutritious breakfast, which often includes omelettes and toast.
  • Her lunch usually consists of whole grains and protein. She eats arrabbiata pasta made with tomatoes and chicken, which is a great source of protein.
  • Sonam has her dinner by 5 or 5:15 pm which is quite light. The actress takes a balanced meal for dinner which includes protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats.  
  • Sonam takes soup at 7 o'clock. Apart from the diet plan, the actress also sweats it out in the gym.
