During this, Elvish, while roasting Chum Darang, said some words which people did not like at all. He said, 'Karan Veer Mehra must have had Covid, because who can like Chum Darang? How can someone have such a bad taste?' 

The name of Chum Darang was termed obscene

After this, he also makes fun of Chum and says that his name itself is obscene. Not only this, he taunted Chum and said, 'The name is Chum and he has worked in 'Gangubai Kathiawadi''. After this video went viral, Elvish is facing the anger of other users as well as his own fans. People are calling him racist and expressing their displeasure in the comment section. Also, he is being trolled fiercely on social media.

One user wrote, 'And people consider him their idol?'. Another user wrote, 'He needs belt treatment, he thinks of himself as a father, but in reality he has not come out of his childishness'. At the same time, some people called it a side effect of social media and said that it is the fault of the audience who follow such people so much. Not only this, users are even demanding an apology from Elvish. However, no statement has come from him regarding this yet.

Amidst these controversies, Elvish Yadav is currently seen in Colors TV's popular show 'Laughter Chef 2'. In this show, the contestants have to entertain along with cooking. Recently, during the show, he also made a big disclosure about his personal life and told that there is a special person in his life too. However, he did not reveal his name. In this show, 'Bigg Boss 16' famous contestant Abdu Rozik is also seen with him, who is his partner in the show.
