Gurishk Kaur told through a social media post that she used to start her day with creatine and she used to eat kiwi before workout. She often used to eat salad with toast after workout. In which she used tofu scramble. She lost weight through a high fiber and protein diet. Gurishk used to take a diet rich in nutrients due to which she did not feel hungry quickly. Gurishk included many such diet plans in her weight loss journey.

While going to college, she followed the keto diet and liked to eat a big bowl of salad in the evening. She sometimes ate walnuts as a snack. She followed the keto diet, which means that the diet focuses on the formula of low carbs and high fat intake. Along with this, she used to eat snacks with roasted chickpeas, carrots and a little cream dip. Which helped in weight loss.
