After winning the T20 World Cup in June last year, Team India has now won the Champions Trophy as well. Also, Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli have made it clear that they are not going to retire yet. Once this defeat was faced under Kohli's captaincy and the second time under Rohit's captaincy. For the third time, Team India could not qualify for this final. In such a situation, both will have a chance to win it in the fourth attempt. However, looking at the recent form of both in red ball cricket, this seems to be the most difficult.

But in 2027, the ODI World Cup will also be organized, which will be played in South Africa.
