- The carrying of fire-related equipment, flammable substances, and weapons in public places is strictly prohibited.
4. Ban on Unauthorized Gatherings
Any public gathering, procession, or event that could disrupt law and order will not be allowed without prior police permission.
5. Tenant Verification Mandatory
- Landlords must ensure that tenants undergo police verification before renting out their properties.
- In case of a crime involving an unverified tenant, the landlord will be held accountable.
6. Delivery Staff Verification
All delivery service providers must verify their employees before appointing them for work in the city.
Legal Consequences for Violation
Violating Section 163 will be considered a punishable offense under Section 223 and other relevant legal provisions. The police have issued a strict warning against non-compliance, ensuring that security remains tight during the upcoming events.
