Who is the accused?
According to sources, the accused is a resident of Rajkot, Gujarat, and is about 41 years old. Initial information revealed that the accused had come with an application to release a relative from jail, which is pending in the court.
However, a new twist came in this case when the accused's mother, Bhanu Ben, spoke to the media. She said that her son is not associated with any political party but is an animal lover. The accused's mother said, "My son was sad about the matter of dogs. He always used to say that dogs should not be beaten, but they should be fed. That is why he went to Delhi."
How did they attack?
According to police sources, the accused arrived in front of CM Rekha Gupta with some papers during the public hearing. First he started talking on the pretext of showing the documents and suddenly slapped her and pulled her hair.
