Ingredients for making Paneer Sandwich
- Bread-4
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Onion - finely chopped
- Cucumber – 1
- Tomato – 1 finely chopped
- Ginger – 1 small piece
- Chilli - 1
- Capsicum – finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder- half teaspoon
- Butter- 2-3 teaspoons
- Salt - as per taste
- Tomato sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Oil - 1 tablespoon
How to make Paneer Sandwich
- First of all, heat oil in a pan, now add finely chopped onion in it and cook it.
- Now add finely chopped ginger and green chillies in it. Fry them on low flame.
- Now add tomatoes to it and cook it well.
- Now add finely chopped capsicum to it. When the vegetables are cooked properly, add grated paneer to it. Mix salt and garam masala in this mixture.
- Add tomato sauce and black pepper powder to it. Mix all this well. At the end, add finely chopped coriander as well.
- Now place thinly sliced tomatoes and cucumber slices on one slice of bread. Then pour the prepared mixture on top. Put onion slices on top of it. Place the other bread slice on top.
- Now put butter on the pan and cook the bread until it becomes crispy. When it becomes golden on both sides, take it out and cut it from the middle.
