Rajasthan Bhajanlal Government Big Decision: Rajasthan's Bhajanlal government has taken a big decision. Under which now all the government employees of the state will not be able to go on any strike for 6 months.

Jaipur. In an important decision (Rajasthan Bhajanlal Government Big Decision), the Rajasthan government has imposed a complete ban on any kind of strike in the state for the next six months. According to the order issued by the Home Department, this ban has been implemented under the Rajasthan Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1970. After this decision, employees of any government or non-government organization will not be allowed to go on strike (Government Employees Will Not Be Go on Strike).
Strict decision of the government or a new challenge?
The state government has taken this step in the interest of the general public. This decision has been taken especially to maintain smooth functioning of emergency and medical services. The government has declared the services affected by the strike as essential services, which include: 108 emergency ambulance service Janani Express 104 Mamta Express Medical consultation services (104 helpline) Other helpline and call center services The government says that if the strike had happened, it would have directly affected thousands of patients, pregnant women and emergency medical assistance. That is why this ban was necessary.
This decision of the government has been termed "undemocratic"
However, there is resentment among government and semi-government employees over this decision of the government. Many organizations say that the government should hold talks to resolve their issues, and not suppress their voices by imposing restrictions. Some organizations have termed this decision of the government as "undemocratic" and have talked about exploring legal options.
If the government's decision is not accepted then strict action will be taken
- The government has made it clear that if any employee violates this order, disciplinary action will be taken against him, which may include suspension and other legal proceedings.
- After this decision, the question arises whether this ban is really in the interest of the public or is it a way to suppress the voice of the employees? It will be interesting to see in the coming days whether any consensus is reached between the government and the employee organizations or this matter will escalate further!
