Weight gain is the cause of many diseases

Big celebrities were invited

To take this initiative forward, he invited Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra, boxer Nikhat Zareen and renowned cardiologist Dr Devi Shetty on his radio show to share their views on tackling obesity. The Prime Minister urged citizens to adopt healthy eating habits, especially to reduce the use of excess oil. Excessive use of oil in food can cause many diseases like heart problems, diabetes and high blood pressure. By making small changes in our eating habits, we can make our future strong, fit and healthy."

So, without any delay we should increase our efforts in this direction and implement them in our lives. Together we can do this in a very fun and effective way.”
