Pakistani intelligence agency is recruiting influencers', police revealed many secrets about Jyoti Malhotra

Jyoti Malhotra Arrest Punjab and Haryana Police have arrested YouTuber and travel blogger Jyoti Malhotra on charges of providing intelligence to Pakistan. Jyoti, a resident of Hisar, is accused of being in touch with Pakistani officials and sharing information related to Operation Sindoor. Police are investigating the case in depth, including her financial transactions and the role of other possible accomplices.

Punjab and Haryana police have arrested some people on charges of providing intelligence information to Pakistan. Famous YouTuber and travel blogger Jyoti Malhotra is also among them.
Jyoti is a resident of Hisar in Haryana. She is currently on a five-day police remand. Police officials have alleged that she was in touch with Pakistani officials and has also shared a lot of information regarding Operation Sindoor.
War is not fought only on the border: SP Hisar
Giving information on this, Hisar SP Shashank Kumar Sawan said, "Modern war is not fought only on the border. Pakistani intelligence officers are trying to recruit some social media influencers and they use it to further their narrative.
"We got inputs from central agencies and we arrested Jyoti Malhotra. She had visited Pakistan several times and once to China. She was in touch with a Pakistani intelligence officer. We have taken her on 5-day police remand. We are analysing her financial details. During the conflict (India-Pak), she was in touch with a Pakistani intelligence officer... Her travel details belie her total income."

Was Jyoti Malhotra being used as an asset?
The Hisar SP said, "They were developing her (Jyoti Malhotra) as an asset. She was in touch with other YouTube influencers, and they were also in touch with Pakistani intelligence officials. She used to go to Pakistan on sponsored trips. She was in Pakistan before the Pahalgam attack and investigations are on to establish the connection, if any. We are also investigating as we have clues that other people were also involved with her."
