Operation Sindoor: After India's airstrikes in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, news of a fighter jet crash has come to light. Amidst the tense atmosphere between the two countries, the Indian Air Force has shot down Pakistan's fourth generation JF-17 fighter jet. A video of this incident has also surfaced. It is being told that the Indian Air Force has shot down the Pakistani Air Force's JF-17 fighter jet in Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir. Some reports are also claiming that this fighter jet has crashed in some area of ​​Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. So, in some reports, it is being claimed that the Indian Air Force shot down Pakistan's JF 17 in Pampore, Pulwama. Whatever be the case, tension has increased on the LoC after India's Operation Sindoor.

After Operation Sindhru, the Pakistani Air Force tried to attack India by entering inside but the Indian Air Force defeated the Pakistani Air Force. The IAF shot down the PAF fighter jet. A video of the pilot of this fighter jet has also surfaced, in which local people are seen lifting him and helping him and some people are also heard saying that the other pilot should also be rescued.

In response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on 22 April, the Indian Air Force targeted 9 terrorist hideouts located in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir at 1:05 am on the night of 6 and 7 May. 

The shooting down of the JF-17 is being seen as a turning point in the military standoff. Indian defence sources have called it a decisive step to prevent potential aerial threats on the border. Opposition leaders across India have also supported the government's response and praised the precision and restraint shown by the Indian Army.

The fourth generation JF17 aircraft was jointly built by China's Chengdu Aircraft Corporation and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. It is the main aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force. The JF17 is capable of reaching speeds of up to Mach 1.6. This lightweight, single-engine fighter jet is designed for a variety of missions including air superiority, ground attack and close air support. 

Pakistan got stunned by India's action

Pakistan is furious over India's action. It has vowed to retaliate. Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that his entire country stands with the army. Pakistan reserves the right to retaliate for this attack. On the other hand, India called Operation Sindoor a blow to terrorism. India said that Operation Sindoor is completely focused on eliminating the terrorist infrastructure and not on targeting Pakistan's military assets.
