The Supreme Court said that even though you have freedom of expression, why did you say this. You are a responsible leader. Senior advocate Singhvi said that if he cannot say all this as the leader of the opposition, then what will be the result of this?

In this case, the Supreme Court told Singhvi that you had taken a different line in the High Court. Singhvi said that one way is that you become the leader of the opposition and defame everyone. But it was not like that here. The Supreme Court issued a notice. A stay was imposed. Also, the court sought a reply in three weeks.
