There is job news for the youth dreaming of becoming teachers in Himachal Pradesh. The registration process for Himachal Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test November 2023 (HPTET) has started by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE). Applications have been invited from candidates eligible to become teachers.
Candidates willing to appear in Himachal Pradesh TET exam can register by visiting the official website hpbose.org. You can fill the form till the last date of registration, October 30, 2023. The last date with late fee is November 2, 2023. You can see the method of registration below.

- Click on the link of Latest Updates on the home page of the website.
- On the next page, click on the link of HPTET 2023 Registration.
- After this go to the link for Online Registration.
- After registration, definitely take a print.

Talking about the registration fee, the fee for all except general category and its sub-categories PHH is Rs 800. Whereas for OBC, ST, SC and Physically Handicapped (PHH) categories it is Rs 500. Registration fees can be paid online.
HPTET Exam Schedule: Know when the exam will be held
The exam will be conducted for eight categories – TGT Arts, TGT NM, TGT Medical, JBT, Shastri, Language Teacher, Punjabi and Urdu. You can see the exam schedule below.
- JBT TET- 26th November, 10 am to 12:30 pm
- Shastri Tet- 26th November from 2 pm to 4:30 pm
- TGT Non-Medical- 27th November, 10 am to 12:30 pm
- Language Teacher- 27th November, 2 pm to 4:30 pm
- TGT Arts- 3rd December, 10 am to 12:30 pm
- TGT Medical 3rd December, 2 pm to 4:30 pm
- Punjabi Tet 9th December, 10 am to 12:30 pm
- Urdu Tet 9th December, 2 pm to 4:30 pm
