Its story is not very old. The story of this house, known from the Nithari incident, happened in the year 2006, something happened in this house during the winter season, after which no one dared to come here.

People call bungalow number 5 in Block D of Sector 31 in Noida a Ghost Bungalow. This house was the residence of Moninder Singh Pandher. Yellow barricades, once used by the police to protect the house, are now seen thrown up in front of the boundary wall.
What happened here
In fact, in December 2006, the skeleton of a girl along with 19 children was found in a drain behind the house of Moninder Singh Pandher in this bungalow. This came to light when on November 12, 2006, a girl left her house to clean the house but did not return home.
After the incident, the police arrested Moninder Singh and his servant and then sentenced them to death by the Ghaziabad CBI court.
But after the case continued for a long time, the death sentence was cancelled. Currently, Pandher's servant is serving his sentence and Pandher was sent to Luxor jail on June 4, 2023 this year.
