However, Google Digital Wellbeing features will work only on Android 10 or later.

How to set up digital well-being?

  • To use this feature, first go to your phone's settings.
  • Here you have to tap on the option of Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls. You can also do a direct search in Settings to find it.
  • After this, you will see a list of all the icons of the app.
  • Below this, the option of set goal will appear, which has to be clicked.
  • After this, you have to set a time. Just the setting will be done in your phone and according to the setting, the display of the phone will turn off.
  • Additionally, when you open Digital Wellbeing for the first time, you will have to set up a profile.
  • Here you have to click on Digital Wellbeing and Parental Controls and tap on Manage your data.
