How to make Masala Oats Uttapam
- Mix oats powder, semolina and curd in a bowl. Prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little. Keep it covered for 10–15 minutes so that the semolina and oats swell.

- Mix salt in the batter and then add Eno fruit salt. The batter will swell as soon as Eno is added, use it immediately.
- Heat the pan, put some oil on it. Now pour the batter with a spoon and spread it in a round shape. Spread the chopped vegetables well on top and sprinkle some chaat masala.
- Cover and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, then turn and cook on the other side till both sides turn golden.
- You can serve masala oats uttapam hot with coconut chutney, coriander chutney or tomato sauce. It is also a healthy option for children's tiffin, people following a diet or diabetic patients.
