Delhi Red Fort Blast: It has become clear in the investigation done so far by the security agencies that Adil's brother, Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather was the leader of this entire group in India.

Big revelation in Delhi blast
The Delhi bombings have shaken the nation. Security agencies are taking swift action in response to the car bombing in the capital. The NIA is investigating the case. After five days of investigation, intelligence agencies have uncovered significant clues. According to current information, the Faridabad-Saharanpur suicide module was led in India by Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, brother of Dr. Adil Ahmed, who, according to sources, is currently hiding somewhere in Afghanistan.
ABP has obtained an exclusive copy of Muzaffar Ahmed Rather's passport. Sources indicate that on August 22nd of this year, Muzaffar Ahmed Rather traveled to Afghanistan via Dubai to receive training in suicide bomb construction at the behest of Ammar Alvi, the chief commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed's fidayeen squad and brother of Masood Azhar.
Where could Muzaffar Ahmed Rather be?
According to sources, after landing at Kabul International Airport in Afghanistan, Rather may have gone to the Sangain area of Hemland Province or Kunar Province. Jaish-e-Mohammed and al-Qaeda have a small joint base there, where terrorists are trained to make suicide bombs using ammonium nitrate. The investigation so far has uncovered numerous clues from the phones of Dr. Muzammil and Dr. Adeel, including over 3,000 videos and 42 videos showing how to make suicide bombs.
Following the interrogation of Dr. Adeel, Dr. Muzammil, and Maulvi Irfan Ahmed, the names of three Pakistani handlers have been revealed: Abu Ukasa, Nisar, and Hanzullah. These three Pakistani handlers communicated with this suicide bomb network using SIM cards from different countries. Hanzullah also sent videos of suicide bomb-making techniques to Adeel and Muzammil.
Sources reveal the names of Pakistani handlers.
While Abu Ukasa used to communicate with these accused on the Session app from a virtual Turkish number, Nisar and Hanzullah used to communicate on Telegram from a UAE SIM card with +971, sending them videos on how to make suicide bombs. Sources say Abu Ukasa, Nisar, and Hanzullah are pseudonyms for these handlers, and their real names have not yet been revealed.
Rather was the leader of this entire group in India.
The investigation so far has revealed that Adil's brother, Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather, was the leader of this entire group in India. Furthermore, when Adil and Muzammil went to Turkey to meet Jaish-e-Mohammed's handler, Abu Ukasa, from March 1, 2022, to March 18, 2022, Dr. Muzaffar Ahmed Rather also went to Turkey. Therefore, there are many mysteries surrounding this Saharanpur-Faridabad module of Jaish-e-Mohammed, which the agencies are working together to solve.
Additionally, an investigation into Muzaffar Ahmed Rather's Facebook account revealed that he was in contact with several handlers of Hizbul Mujahideen and Jaish-e-Mohammed on Facebook. According to reports, Indian agencies may soon issue an Interpol Red Corner Notice against Dr. Muzaffar, Dr. Adil's brother and the group's alleged leader.
