Digestion and metabolism of flour are both very difficult. Momos are made from refined flour. Refined flour is kept safe from harmful chemicals like azodicarbonamide, chlorine gas, benzoyl peroxide, and other bleaches. These chemicals can cause diabetes.

It takes about two to four hours for the flour to be digested in the stomach and small intestine. The vegetables inside the momos are not cooked well. In such a situation, the digestive power may get spoiled. Severe stomach infection, diarrhea, or even food poisoning can also arise.

The spicy red chutney served with momos is extremely harmful. Red chilies and tomatoes of poor quality are also used in this. This is unhealthy chutney. Because of this, the digestion system can deteriorate. Eating more red chilies causes problems like inflammation and piles.
