Method of practicing Shalabhasana
Step 1- Lie on your stomach on the mat
Step 2- Stand with a little distance between both the legs.


Step 3- Place both hands below the thighs.
Step 4- Take a deep breath and try to raise the head.
Step 5- Lift your hands and feet from the ground.
Step 6- In this position, the stomach lies on the ground and the upper and lower parts of the body rise in the air the ground.
Step 7- Remain in this position for some time and come back to the old position.
Step 8- Then slowly come back to the old position.
