Way of Vajrasana
Step 1- For yoga exercise, sit on the floor on the knee and cross the toes backward with each other.
Step 2- Slowly move the body down on the hips, and rest the thighs on the muscles.

Step 4- Close your eyes while focusing on the speed of breath. The speed of breath should be the same up and down.
