The method of application is:-
Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card made under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, then you will have to apply for it.
For this, you will first have to go to your nearest CSC center.
Step 2
You have to go to the CSC center and meet the concerned officer.
After this, they will ask you for some of your documents, like your Aadhar card, address proof, etc.

Step 3
Then your documents are verified
The applicant's eligibility is also checked.
After this, if everything is found correct in the investigation, then your application is approved.
