With increasing age, physical problems also start increasing. Joint pain and back pain are common with increasing age. Problems start occurring even while getting up and sitting. If it is not treated in time, these problems gradually increase to such an extent that it causes discomfort in walking and daily activities. To get relief from pain, people start taking painkillers. These medicines provide relief to the body for some time, but later problems start appearing again. At the same time, continuous use of painkillers is also harmful to the body. Practice yoga regularly as a natural remedy to get rid of joint pain, back pain, and other physical problems with increasing age. Regular practice of some yoga asanas mentioned here will provide relief from pain.

Setubandhasana
To practice Setubandhasana, lie comfortably on your back and keep your palms close to the ground near the body. Now bend your knees and slowly inhale and lift the body upwards. While in this position, inhale and exhale. After some time, come back to the old position.

Dhanurasana
To practice Dhanurasana, lie down on your stomach, bend both your legs, and move them upwards. Holding the toes of the feet with both hands, inhale and pull the feet upward. After remaining in this position for some time, come back to normal position.

Shavasana
To do this asana, first, lie down on your back and spread both legs comfortably. Keeping the hands at a distance of 5 to 6 inches from the body, keep the neck straight in a relaxed posture. Now close your eyes and remain in this position for some time.

Virabhadrasana
To do this yoga, first of all, stand in a straight posture raise your arms parallel to the floor, and turn your head to the left. Now turn the left leg 90 degrees to the left. Remain in this position for some time. Now practice the same way from the other side.
