Bhujangasana
The practice of Bhujangasana is beneficial to get relief from back pain. To do this asana, lie down on your stomach on the ground, join your legs together, and place your palms near the chest at the level of the shoulders. Make the body comfortable by placing the forehead on the ground. Now take a deep breath and lift the front part of the body upwards. Raise both hands straight and remain in this posture for 15-20 seconds. Then exhale and return to normal posture.

Shalabhasana
You can practice Shabhalasana to improve posture and get relief from back pain. To do this asana, lie down on your stomach and place both palms below the thighs. Connect the heels of both feet and keep the toes straight. Try to raise your legs slowly. While moving both the legs upwards, take a deep breath and after staying in this position for some time, bring the legs downwards.

Ustrasana
To do Ustrasana, sit on your knees and keep both knees equal to the width of the shoulders. Raise the soles towards the sky and try to touch the heels with both hands while bending the spine backward. Keep in mind that while in this position, there should not be too much pressure on the neck and the part from the waist to the knees should remain straight. Stay in this position and take deep breaths. After some time he returned to his normal state.
