Setu Bandhanasana-
This asana is also known as the bridge pose. It stretches the body and improves blood circulation. To do this asana, lie down on your back. Then bend the knees so that the feet touch the ground. Now lift the body with the help of hands. Inhale and exhale deeply and lift your back and thighs off the floor and toward the sky. Remain in this position for some time and then slowly come back to your previous position. This asana also provides relief from headaches.
Balasana -
To do this, first of all, sit on both your knees. Now spread your thighs. Then place the lower part of the body on the feet. Now touch your entire body with your knees and bring your head to the ground. When your head starts touching the floor, spread your arms towards your feet and remain in this position for some time. Then slowly get into the wearing position. This asana calms the body and is one of the most effective asanas to reduce anxiety and stress. This improves blood circulation in the head and provides relief from headaches.
