Due to sitting in the wrong position for a long time, a lot of fat accumulates on the neck, and the neck hump can come out. To avoid the problem of the hunchback, sit in the correct posture. Along with this, you can also practice yoga asanas to cure the hump of the neck. Practice these yoga asanas to reduce the hump.

Bhujangasana
To reduce the hump of the neck, lie on the ground on the stomach and keep the elbows close to the waist and keep the palms upwards. While inhaling, lift the chest upwards and slowly lift the abdomen. In this position, wait for a few seconds. Now while exhaling, lower the stomach, and chest, and then head slowly towards the ground.

Balasana
To do this asana, sit on the knees and put the weight of the body on the heels. Take a deep breath, bend forward, and try to touch the chest with the thighs. Now try to touch the floor with your forehead. After staying in this state for some time, come back to a normal state.

Shalabhasan
To get rid of the hump, the practice of Shalabhasana is also beneficial. To do this asana, lie on the ground on the stomach and place the palms under the thighs. Keep the head, neck, and mouth straight. Taking a long deep breath, try to lift both legs upwards together. Keep in this posture for 10-15 seconds. Then bring the feet down. Now exhale and come back to a normal position. Repeat this asana 3-5 times.
