These people can make cards: -
In rural areas, only those people can take advantage of this scheme, whose houses are kutcha.
The head of the household should be a woman and there should not be Any adult in the household i.e. 16-59 years of age
Have a disability in the family
The person should be a landless/daily wage laborer homeless from a Scheduled caste/tribe
Beggar
A tribal or legally emancipated bonded laborer.
How to get Ayushman Gold Card:-
Step 1
If you also want to get an Ayushman card, then first go to your nearest public service center
Meet the concerned official here and he will see your name in the list of beneficiaries of the Ayushman Yojana
Step 2
After this, you will be registered and then you will be given the registration number and password.
Then within 15 days, you are issued, Ayushman Gold Card.
This is how you can get free treatment
If your Ayushman card has been made, then go to the Ayushman help desk in the hospital and show your card and after that, you can get your treatment up to Rs 5 lakh free of cost, the entire cost of which is borne by the government.
