Mountain pose
Parvatasana is made up of two Sanskrit words. Parvat means 'mountain' and asana means 'posture'. Parvatasana is also known as mountain pose.
- Come on your hands and feet.
- Raise the hips.
- Straighten the knees and elbows.
- Come in reverse 'V' shape.
- Put pressure on the palms.
- Now raise the heels above the floor.
- Stay in this posture for 8 to 10 breaths.
Ardha Pinch Mayurasana
It is also known as the Dolphin pose. It is made up of 4 Sanskrit words. In this Ardha means 'Half', Pinch's 'Pankh' is Peacock's 'Peacock' and Asana's 'Posture'.
- First of all stand on the mat.
- Now take the hands down.
- Keep the knees very straight.
- Then rest the hands and elbows on the ground.
- Bring the body in a 'V' shape.
- Stay in this pose for a few seconds.
- Now move your hands upwards to come back to the old position.
Shashankasana
It is made up of two Sanskrit words Shashank and Asan. In this, the meaning of Shashank is 'rabbit' and 'posture' of Asana.
- Sit in Vrajasana.
- Keep both hands straight on both knees.
- Now take the breath in and raise both hands upwards and straighten them.
- Keep the neck and spine straight.
- Slowly bend down while exhaling.
- Bring both hands down.
- Keep the nose and forehead on the floor.
- Keep both hands straight on the floor.
- Then come back to the old posture.
Bridge seat
It is also known as the bridge pose. It is also made up of three Sanskrit words, Setu, Bandha and Asana. In this, the meaning of Setu is 'bridge', 'to bind' of Bandha and 'posture' of Asana.
- To do this, lie down on your back.
- Bend the legs. While doing this, the ankles and knees of the feet should be in a straight line.
- Take breaths inward and try to raise the back and hips slowly.
- But, you do not have to lift the neck, shoulders and head off the ground.
- Stay in this pose for some time.
- Now while exhaling slowly return to the first position.
Do these yoga pose daily to increase blood flow to the head and scalp? If you want to get quick results, then do them 3 times a day.
The right time to do yoga
Do these yogasanas in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening after 3 hours of lunch.
Keep these things in mind for hair growth
- Include fruits, greens, juices and protein-rich things in the diet.
- Drink a sufficient amount of water.
- Sit in the morning sun for some time for Vitamin D.
- Get 8 hours of sleep daily.
- Avoid junk food and oily food.
