Healthy dinner to reduce weight loss

Ingredients required

  • Ghee- 1 tablespoon (9 kcal)
  • Boiled rice – 60 grams (70 kcal)
  • Broccoli- 50 grams (17 kcal)
  • Bell Peppers- 50 grams (10 kcal)
  • Paneer – 40 grams (120 kcal)
  • Baby Corn- 10 grams (12 kcal)
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 tablespoon (8 kcal)
  • Black salt- 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper- 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon (3 kcal)
  • Green chilli sauce – half tablespoon (0.5 kcal)

Method

  • Add ghee to a pan.
  • Now add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  • After lightly frying the paste, add all the vegetables to it.
  • When the vegetables are lightly roasted, add salt and chilli to it.
  • Now mix all the sauces in the vegetables and stir them lightly.
  • Eat it by mixing it with rice.
