Long articles are only for X Premium Plus users. Apart from this, verified institutions will also be able to use it. Overall, X does not have a long-form article feature for free users.
X has said in one of its posts that the option of long articles will be available in the article section on the web version. Many formatting tools will also be available for long articles. Users will also be able to include photos, videos, or posts of an ex in their articles. There is a limit of 15,000 words for long articles.
Article posts will appear just like any regular X post, but a new Articles tab will appear along with users' profiles and article posts will look slightly different. The article can also be edited.
