Vrikshasana
Vrikshasana reduces stress, keeps the mind calm, and prevents the problem of heart disease. To do this asana, keep the balance by keeping the left leg straight. Take a deep breath take the hands above the head and make a namaskar pose. Keeping the spine straight, place the left sole on the right thigh. Repeat this process.

Virabhadrasana
According to yoga experts, to get maximum benefits from any yogasana, it is necessary to practice it correctly. There are many postures of Virabhadrasana yoga, so start this practice only after better training from an expert. For this yoga, first of all, stand in a straight posture. Now raise your arms parallel to the floor and turn your head to the left. Turn the left leg 90 degrees to the left. Remain in this position for some time. Practice the other side in the same way.

Trikonasana
Practicing this asana strengthens the lungs. It improves digestion and strengthens the muscles. You can practice Trikonasana to get rid of the problem of heart disease. To do this asana, stand straight and keep a distance of about two feet between the feet. Take a deep breath bend the body to the right and take the left hand upwards. Keep your eyes on the fingers of the left hand and stay in this position for some time. Come back to the old state again.

Setubandhasana
Setubandhasana yoga removes the problem of physical inactivity and is considered to be a very effective exercise in keeping muscles and bones healthy and increasing blood circulation. Regular practice of this yoga can be very beneficial in maintaining both physical and mental health. People suffering from sedentary lifestyle should include this yoga in their daily routine.
